FAQs
What does the 2 year warranty entail?
Laifen offers a 2-year limited warranty for the hair dryer products. Within 2-year from the date of purchase, if your product fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services. Please note that depending on the availability of stock, the replacement unit may come in a different color or be an equivalent model. Warranty is only valid in the country or region of purchase.
What is a high-speed brushless motor?
The Laifen Mini hair dryer is powered by Laifen's self-developed high-speed brushless motor, which instantly generates a strong airflow to quickly dry your hair.
How should I operate and use Temperature Cycling Mode for the first time?
The Laifen Mini has a built-in Temperature Cycling Mode that automatically cycles between hot and cold air every 2 seconds. It prevents your hair and scalp from getting too hot and helps to dry and lock in style simultaneously.
Activation: When the hair dryer is turned on and running at any temperature level, press and long press the temperature button for 1 second to enter Temperature Cycling Mode at your chosen airspeed.
Deactivation: Pressing the temperature button 1 time or turning off the power will deactivate Temperature Cycling Mode.
What do ionic hair dryers do?
The Laifen Mini has an ionic generator that emits negative ions that neutralize positive ions in water molecules in your hair, breaking them into smaller particles. This process speeds up drying, locks in moisture, and eliminates static electricity—taming frizz and flyaways for smooth, shiny hair.
Can children use the Laifen Mini high-speed hair dryer?
It is recommended that children over 12 years of age use it under parental supervision, and infants under 1 year of age and pregnant women with weakened resistance are recommended to use it under the supervision of a physician.
How does Child Mode differ from regular drying modes?
Regular mode has 3 air temperature settings, while Child Mode offers 2: low airspeed at 38±5°C and high airspeed at 48±5°C.
Child Mode maintains the same airspeed as regular modes, but the wind pressure is reduced, making the air feel gentler on the skin. This is a normal phenomenon and ensures a safer drying experience for children.
How should I maintain my Laifen Mini on a daily basis?
[TURN OFF AND UNPLUG the hairdryer before cleaning the filter.]

Avoid using water or applying excessive force while cleaning. After cleaning, reattach the outer screen by aligning it with the handle slot and pressing it upward until you hear a “click.”
