The provision of goods and services by Spindel (Pty) Ltd t/a Laifen Tech South Africa is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability after ordering, Spindel (Pty) Ltd t/a Laifen Tech South Africa will refund the client in full within 10 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client will not attract an administration fee.
Spindel (Pty) Ltd t/a Laifen Tech South Africa, offers a money-back guarantee in the case that a customer is not satisfied with a product. This money back guarantee is valid for 7 (seven) days after purchase. The customer will be liable for all courier costs incurred and these costs will be deducted from the refund.
In the case that goods are damaged in transit, the goods must be returned within 4 days of receipt. Photographic proof of the damage must be provided for a refund to be issued, as per our returns policy. Goods must be returned with all original accessories and packaging to qualify for a refund.
